Delete your account

You can erase your Grami account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone.

  1. 1Open Grami and sign in.
  2. 2On the Today screen, tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen.
  4. 4Tap “Delete account”, then confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your login: email address and password.
  • Every meal you ever logged, including its nutrition data, notes and favourites.
  • Every meal photo stored for your account.
  • Your profile details and daily nutrition goals.
  • Your language and notification preferences.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no restore, and nothing is retained for marketing. Copies inside encrypted infrastructure backups age out within 30 days.

If you can’t sign in

Email info@softlance.dev from the address you registered with, asking for deletion. We confirm ownership of the address, delete the account, and write back to confirm — normally within a few days, and always within 30.

Deleting one meal instead

You don't have to delete everything to remove one entry: open the meal in your history and delete it there. Its photo goes with it.
